Dear Friends,
I would like to share that my company doesn't have any fixed ratio of components of salary structure. The presently used components are Basic, HRA, Other Allowance and Conveyance. The % of the components are quite arbitrarily chosen.
If I want to streamline the structure of salary keeping the no. of components unchanged how will I do it- I mean to say what should be the % of the above said components on gross salary.
Kindly help me out as it is urgently needed.
