Indeed a good one and thanks. When such new perspectives are shared through this, why don't we go beyond? in stead of just appreciating the poster, let's discuss the subject matter posted and share our views. Of cource, we all look to accumulate good powerpoints and articles in to our personal storage space. But if we can discuss the idea contribute to an original thought, the poster really gets benefitted. That is how we can transcend this forum to higher levels.
That would also encourage the budding professionals to share their new ideas and thoughts.
