Instead of just appreciating the poster, let's discuss the subject matter posted and share our views. Of course, we all look to accumulate good PowerPoint presentations and articles into our personal storage space. But if we can discuss the idea and contribute to an original thought, the poster really benefits. That is how we can elevate this forum to higher levels.

This approach would also encourage budding professionals to share their new ideas and thoughts.
