HI.. My company is near Mumbai. Every employee who joins, has to serve a 1 year Probation. After the completion of which he /she is entitled to CL - 14 Days, EL - 30 Days, and Sick Leaves - 7 Days , from 1st January. One of our employees has completed 1 year probation in 18/03/2014 with his Loss Pay Days being 20 Days.
The basic formula we follow for Earned Leaves is (30/360) * (No. of Days from date of Joining - LOP)
Now I have to determine his leaves for 1st Jan onwards.
Please help.
