Struggling with Company Hierarchy: How Do I Create an Organogram for 30 Staff?

Hi team,

I would like you to help me draw up an organogram of my company with a staff strength of 30. There has been a power tussle between two bosses in my company. I am the first HR personnel, and I have made the company policies but left the space of hierarchy because I don't know how to draw up one. The highest rank is the MD, please conclude it for me. Thank you.

These are the existing designations for now. The entry designation is officer; you can include levels like supervisor or other designations that you think could fit in. We deal in tracking cars. The bosses with power tussle are the Head Business (Marketing) and Finance and Admin Manager. Please help.

The entry designation is an officer, and you can include other designations as they are promoted to the next level, such as supervisor or any other designation that suits the next level. We specialize in tracking cars. The bosses with a power struggle are the Head of Marketing and the Finance Manager.
