Please, I am in dire need of performance appraisal factors/parameters for appraising IT website developers and Techies in an IT firm. I work as an HR consultant in an IT firm and have been saddled with this responsibility as my KPI and deliverable before the month runs out next week. Please, can someone help me out or send me any document on the above ASAP? Thank you as I am counting on the House.
