Please i am in dire need of performance appraisal factors/parameters for appraising IT website developers and Techies in an IT firm.
i work as a HR consultant in an IT firm and have bben saddled with this responsibility as my KPI and deliverable before the month runs out next week.
please can someone help me out or send me any doc on the above ASAP.
