Need Ideas for Fun Management Games for an 8-Hour Training with Low-Level Workers

Dear all,

I have to conduct a training session, and there is no specific type of training; it's a general training. I need to conduct management games like team-building games, icebreakers, and other management games. This training is for very low-level workers and should be of 8 hours. If anybody has ideas about what games should be played, please suggest games.

Training is not simply showing PowerPoint presentations. You have to be a trained trainer to run a training program. Don't just copy any trainer.
