Have To Conduct A Training Session - Pdf Download

dear all I have to conduct a training session, there is no specific typy of training, its a general training.
need to conduct mgt games like team building games, ice brakers and other mgt games
this training is for very low level workers & should be of 8 hours.
If anybody has idea about what games should be played.pls suggest games.

Training is not simply showing powerpoint presentations. You have to be trained trainer to run a training programme. Dont just copy any trainer.
