Reason For Job Change (what's The Answer)

Hi Saritha , When interviewer asking this que just tel them there is no room for growth dats I want to change my job .Instantly tel them give me a oppurntunity to work in your org.

its is not a question of sorting problem.
I hope U just consult with your senior authorities.They can you in getting better employee force to make feel comfortable in the same company.
Outside world have their cruel faces with pseudo smiles they going to mug up new comers.
Any every thing shining in the dark sees to be a diamond.
But may you are on gold mine, just try look within and dig up for getting jewelery.Luck of your can give better than wondering in unknown.
Try to make your position strengthen, take best of your alone. Because there is no one to interfere in your work.
other thing,if your are away from home it does not make any difference.People are staying abroad to attain position and money,though you can visit home every week.

same time reputation makes a man machine and at the last he/she looks for change.Because of unsatisfactory working performance will shunt down and cause illness.
To avoid that one should have a long leave stay away from home as well office and have a move outside.
or do try at some city where in you can watch entertaining things on daily basis.

Sometimes telling your prospective employer your reasons would only complicate things for you, ie they would believe that with same reasons you might decide to leave within a shot period which they wouldn't want.
I suggest you tell them you are out for more challenging responsibilities in a work environment which gives room for personal growth.

this company last 5 month,but in this company i am working just like
