Hi
In general (if we don't want to give too specific/actual reason)we can say "for better growth & increased responsibility in a new profile with better learning."
or we can say "Professional Growth as well as Personal Growth".
If interviewer asks what do you mean by professional growth we can say new work env. with new challenges, new learnings.
For Personal Growth we can say growth in monetory terms (tangible growth) and learning through new responsibilities (intangible growth).

Hi sarita,
On today's context, majority of the people are switching over jobs for increased paycheck. Why to hide the reality?Pls tell the reason as better prospect.

Dear Ms Thakur
Normally when we don't want to give actual reason to the employer, we can say "for better career opportunity & Learn Something new." or we can say "Professional Growth as well as Personal Growth".
If interviewer asks what do you mean by professional growth we can say new work environment. with new responsibilities, new challenges and new learning.
For Personal Growth we can say growth in salary and learning through new responsibilities / seniors.

Hi,
usually u get a thought of change in the job is when u feel that u r doing the same job over years and no growth in personal or professional.
Then the reason u can quote is for better career opportunity where i can grow my career in professional and personal.

Ok...... Due to the transportation problem, you want to quit the job.......... However, if the existing one is good for all aspects like salary, timings, environment, relationship, responsibilities etc., you think once again your decision..........
Why don't you relocate your house near by office, if its rented? You mould the things like you wish, so that you can win in all areas.
Thanks & Regards,
Krish

According to Jack Welch, Ex CEO of GE, this is one question that he recommends employers to ask. He says that this would be his most important question.
Whatever is the reason, be honest. If you have been let go say that we had differences and we agreed to disagree. Letting go is not the end of the world. It opens you up to discover yourself. If it was your fault then this gives you the opportunity to make amends and better yourself.
There are no magical answers. Be honest, and let the chips fall.

Hi Sarita,
In my opinion, speak the truth explaining the details as you mentioned here. It always works for me. Apart from this, we all are human beings and we do understand the problems we are facing in our lives. But, it totally depends how you are going to explain the reason and motive behind changing your job.
Best of luck!!
