I am Pusuing Phd(HRM), i need to write Stage-1 exams in Dec,2009

Dear chetan_ahuja009.
First i need to write Part-1 exams in December,2001
The Subjects are 1)Research Methodology, 2)Human Resource Management, 3) Industrial Relations. After Completion of Part-1 exams i need to submit Thesis with in 2 years, So i need suitable material for Part-1 exams to prepare myself, Please provide any valuable E-material and best advises.
