Pursuing a Ph.D. in HRM: Can You Share E-books and Study Tips for Stage-1 Exams?

I am pursuing a Ph.D. in HRM, and I need to write Stage-1 exams in December 2009. I am attaching the syllabus and papers herewith. Can anybody please provide me with the e-books and any useful suggestions for improving myself? I am waiting for a reply.

First, I need to write Part-1 exams in December 2001. The subjects are:
1) Research Methodology
2) Human Resource Management
3) Industrial Relations.

After the completion of Part-1 exams, I need to submit a thesis within 2 years. So, I need suitable material for Part-1 exams to prepare myself. Please provide any valuable E-material and best advice.
