How Can I Write a Letter to Halt My Job Transfer Due to Family Needs?

Please help me to write a letter to stop my transfer from Delhi to Udaipur as my family is settled in Delhi and my baby is just three months old.

Body of the letter:

I request you to kindly withdraw my transfer order from Delhi to Udaipur. The reason is personal and needs to be addressed on priority. This transfer will have a drastic effect on my personal well-being, which the company generally considers. Therefore, I kindly request you to reconsider my transfer.

Note: This may be addressed under the maternal norms/guidelines of your company.

Please help me in writing a letter for requesting an increase in compensation. I have recently been transferred to a secluded location outside of India where there are no Indian families or Indian markets nearby.
