Why don't you plan for a project on automation for training administration (TNA, courses, training calendar, selection, feedback, reports, etc)?

Just check whether training is given or not. Choose topics for training such as communication, motivation, personality development based on conducting a survey and asking them in which all areas they need training. Show some video clips such as for motivation, check for "Chak De!" or "Lagaan" etc. Then conduct feedback and identify various changes to be included in the training. Submit this report.
