Employee Satisfaction Survey - Employee Survey [Thread 187796]

Hi,

I need a sample onboarding survey questionnaire. The target employees are the onsite onboarders deputed from India (as the base location). The purpose is to know about the travel arrangements, accommodation, basic facilities after landing in the US, etc. Can anyone share a sample with me that's being used in your respective organizations?
