We need someone to handle HR work in our newly started branch in Ahmedabad.
Desired Profile for HR Executive:
Compulsory parameters:
- Only females need apply.
- Previous RELEVANT experience of 2-3 years is a must.
- Very good Gujarati and Hindi speaking skills essential.
- Should have handled similar work in a company with at least 200 employees on payroll.
- Should have knowledge of ESIC, PF, PT, minimum wage act.
- Should know how to prepare salary statement, payslips, instructions to the bank to debit the account for employee salary.
- Should know how to maintain attendance records.
- Should keep detailed employee file of individual employees including contracted workers.
- Should prepare MIS report for Corporate reporting.
- Outgoing personality, approachable and flexible person required. Assertive and confident, good communication skills.
- Should be willing to sit until 8:30/9 pm if work requires her to do so.
- Should have dealt with PF/ESIC authorities in the past.
- Should have good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook specifically and in general should know MS Office well.
Good to have qualifications:
- Graduation in any field acceptable.
Salary: 8000-11000 per month, CTC.
