Can Six Sigma and ISO Certification Work for HR and Projects in BPO/KPO? Seeking Guidance

I want to know two things:
1) Can Six Sigma be implemented in a BPO/KPO?
2) Is Six Sigma for HR Practices or for Project Processes?
3) How can a BPO/KPO go for an ISO certification?
4) Can an ISO certification be obtained for HR practices or for Project Processes?

Dear Friends,

In order to have a clearer understanding of Six Sigma and to practically implement it, I need easy-to-understand guidance. For instance, I have to apply it in the processing industry where a particular product does not change into a different product but transforms into a product that can be utilized. Therefore, the better the process, the greater the value addition, leading to enhanced profitability. I need to outline Six Sigma to ensure i) improved quality processes, ii) controlled costs, and iii) increased profitability. Could you kindly suggest a source where I can develop this system for my specific needs?
