Designing Employee Satisfaction Surveys for Finance Teams in Pharma: Any Tips or Samples?

Need some help...

I have just finished a summer project on Fringe Benefit Tax and now I have to do one on Employee Satisfaction Survey. I have to design a questionnaire/form, especially keeping in mind the finance people in a large pharma company. Can anyone give me some inputs or sample Employee satisfaction surveys/questionnaires?
