Need Help Finding an Excel Template to Easily Access Employee Data?

I need an Excel database template for employees from which I can find specific employee data in a given format. Can anybody help me?

I have a large database of employees in Excel from which I have to calculate the number of days worked, overtime, leave, absent, etc., on a given timecard format. It's time-consuming to print all the data one by one on a specific timecard. I just need a database where I can retrieve data in the given timecard format by entering an employee's badge number. I would be really thankful to you in this regard.

It's me again. I have created a dummy file for you with some dummy data (on the first sheet) and two example sheets. Please check this out and let me know which one you actually require. Also, let me know if there is anything else you would like to include (perhaps some calculations, etc.).

This format is okay. What I believe is that you require information in this format (the information will be extracted from the base/master database). How can I create a database for you? You have to provide me with the database, and I can incorporate the required information from that database into this format.

Please read the file carefully, which I had forwarded to you. In that file, the first sheet is of 'Dummy Data'... that is what I want from you. In the second or third sheet, there are formats from which data is to be extracted. Now that I have your format (on which information is to be extracted), I would require the database. Maybe you can use my Excel sheet and input some of your data (with all required fields), and I will create the information required as per your format. Once this is done, you can input any number of records in your database, and that information will automatically be extracted in the format (next sheet), just by typing the employee ID.

If you still have any doubts, please feel free to ask.

Attached herewith is the dummy database you requested. Please feel free to ask for any additional information needed to set up formulas or links. I will mostly need calculations for work center, salary, month, badge number, name, position, regular hours, excess overtime, rest days, absentees, leaves without pay, etc. You can find these titles in the attachment I previously sent you.
