Really good effort. You would have added Contract Labour(abolition & regulation )act & Interstate migration act etc., to make it more useful to the beginners in HR.
Good.

Hi Priyadarshini,
THis is a very good effort.
The pains undertaken can be seen from the methodolgy used in disseminating so much info. Repeated readings will surely make you fine tune this wonderful effort.
A couple of suggestions which could be added either in Employer's responsibility or elsewhere is to ensure maintenance of congenial work atmosphere and prevention of sexual harassment.
think of it.

Hi Mr. Sajid,

Thank you for your comments. As I mentioned in that ppt, I have compiled this from a book called "Elements of Mercantile Law by (2007)". The same words are used in that book. There may be lot of changes happening after this book was written, and I will rectify the errors & enhance the material in future version.

I'm getting this error after clicking the link Global Overseas : Bfsi Audit, third party audit & compliance consultant, "We are facing technical problem, please visit later". My email id is [Login to view], kindly send your free study materials & reference ppt, so that I can enhance my knowledge further.

The list of various Central Labour Acts are given in detail in the below website List of various Central Labour Acts - Govt. of India <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )

We all can make use of it.

Dear Maha,
As of now, I could not find any specific formula for finding out this relevant age factor value. But I can explain you the logic behind this.
This factor value decreases as the age increases. It means that their earning potential & number of years till their retirement - is decreasing as the age is increasing...
For age not more than
16 - the relevant factor is 228.54
17 - 227.49
18 - 226.38
19 - 225.22
.
.
30 - 207.98
.
.
40 - 184.17
.
.
50 - 153.09
.
.
60 - 117.41 and so on till 65 or more - 99.37
This is given that book. I will find and tell you in future/others may also help us on this.
