Lets Have An Online Discussion A Live Chat What U Say Ppl ??

Hey Friends .....
I was just wondering if we could have a live online discussion on recent topics that have affected the workplace , new innovations in hr and recent advancements in the industry ... what do u thnk of a live discussion where we all cud log in and have a friendly debate on stuff and put our views across , it wud definetly help us 2 network in a better manner ...... So what u thnk ppl ???????????

It's a good idea to have discussion on current HR issues. But we need to see for how many of us is possible to log in at the fixed schedule. I think we need to take the majority poll before fixing any schedule so that maximum members can participate in it.

That's great idea. To bring out new ideas you need to have different mindset people coming under one roof that is under this site. i know few people who are working as H.r. i will send me this site address & ask them to become a members.
so that we can chat & exchange our views on a particular topic

Its a good idea. We have given our msn / yahoo addresses in our profile. we can chat during 9 - 5, to take up live advice.

what i was suggesting is that we whould have a live chat section on cite hr which would have live discussions on any topic related 2 HR and it shud be a 24 hr live chat in the sence its not a necessity that we all need 2 be present there at all times or 4rm 9-5 .... or any specific time for that matter infact who evr logs in can start a discussion or involve themslves in a discussion whch would already be in progrss ........ what do u say ???????????????????????
i dunno why but the response rate is kinda low abt 36 views and jst 4 replies ......... ???????????

Well i guess i need help from Cite HR support team who could probably create a new space on the protal for live chat /discussions on recent topics and i also hope we can make a good enuf provision that many loggers can sign in and start with the chat usage without any probs ....

That's a good idea. Instead of posting and waiting for the response, we can share ideas and views asap if we are in online chat. Probably we can post a mail requesting to the Cite support team for that facility. Hope we will have a quality chat soon :wink:
