How About a Live Chat to Discuss Recent HR Innovations and Workplace Changes?

I was just wondering if we could have a live online discussion on recent topics that have affected the workplace, new innovations in HR, and recent advancements in the industry. What do you think of a live discussion where we all could log in and have a friendly debate on stuff and put our views across? It would definitely help us to network in a better manner. So what do you think, people?

It's a good idea to have a discussion on current HR issues. However, we need to determine how many of us can log in at the fixed schedule. I believe we should conduct a majority poll before finalizing any schedule so that the maximum number of members can participate.

That's a great idea. To bring out new ideas, you need to have people with different mindsets coming together under one roof, which in this case is this site. I know a few people who are working in HR. I will send them the site address and ask them to become members so that we can chat and exchange our views on a particular topic.

What I was suggesting is that we should have a live chat section on CiteHR, which would host live discussions on any HR-related topic. It should be a 24-hour live chat, meaning it's not necessary for all of us to be present there all the time or just from 9-5. Anyone who logs in can start or join a discussion that's already in progress. What do you say?

I don't know why, but the response rate is kind of low - about 36 views and just 4 replies.

I guess I need help from the Cite HR support team who could create a new space on the portal for live chat/discussions on recent topics. I also hope we can make a good enough provision so that many users can sign in and start using the chat without any problems.

That's a good idea. Instead of posting and waiting for a response, we can share ideas and views as soon as possible if we are in an online chat. Probably, we can send an email requesting the Cite support team for that facility. Hope we will have a quality chat soon 😉.
