Dear Friend,
Before posting ANYTHING, why don't you just check whether it has already been posted in CiteHR or not?
Please don't waste others' time. Do some research on your own before posting.

Well, this may not be an exhaustive list. If you wish, you can search this site for more such instances. It would be interesting to know who was the first poster.
I agree that site members don't have time to check whether the same ppt has been posted earlier; hence, they thank every poster and post as if it is manna from heaven.
But, the posters who start the thread must exercise this basic responsibility, to check whether the material has been posted earlier?
I wish to suggest to CiteHR administrator that if any member is found guilty of posting repeat material, he should be banned.
Unsuspecting people should not be taken for a ride (they shower the poster with their thanks, obligations, and praise - while the poster must be gloating and laughing to himself); and nor should the members who have already seen the article be made to suffer again and again.
