My name is Sriram. Recently, we opened an office, and we need to provide target-based offer letters for achieving specific goals:
- Minimum salary of ₹6000 with a target of ₹10 lakhs in business.
- Salary of ₹8000 with a target of ₹15 lakhs in business.
- Salary of ₹10000 with a target of ₹15 lakhs in business.
Note: All the above targets should achieve 85% of the business target.
