Seeking Insights on GE's HR Policies: Can Anyone Share Their Experience or Contacts?

Very good morning to all of you! Recently, I received an assignment to review/benchmark our existing HR policies and procedures. My senior boss instructed me to thoroughly study GE's HR policies and procedures.

I have heard that GE's HR policies and procedures are very systematic and clearly define everything. I am hoping to connect with some of my colleagues who work or have worked at GE, or who have contacts there.
