GE's HR Policies/procedures In Detail?

Dear All,
Very Good Morning to all of you !
Recently I got an assignment to review/benchmark our existing HR policies and procedures and my senior boss told me to study GE's HR policies/procedures in details specifically.
I also heard about GE's HR policies/procedures that they are very systematic and defined each and everything very clear to all.
I hope through this board I am able to conatct some of my collegues who are working with GE or ever worked with them or having contacts with GE,
Pls help me out. I will always be grateful to you all.

You can refer some books written by Jack Welsh. You can get some great information on policies. Sorry I don’t think any one would share the HR policy document. You can generally ask some question related to organization philosophy, work culture etc..................... Definitely it’s a great place to work.......................
