I tried to get the information on the latest changes in Minimum wages in Mumbai. The best I could find was this. I have further doubts. What is the minimum wage for Cleaners? Does this amount include special allowance, HRA, ESIC, etc.? Our contractor is showing us different figures and giving them different figures, and just says that you see only the final figures.

What are the minimum wages (Basic) applicable to Security Guards giving duties at a manufacturing company located in the jurisdiction of Pune Cantonment? Can anyone shed light on this issue convincingly? Please provide references such as gazette numbers, appendices, annexure numbers, etc.
