How Do I Create an Effective HR Presentation for My Managing Director?

Hi!

Good morning, everybody. I'm a P&A Manager working for a Limited Company, stationed at the factory, with our Corporate Office located in Andheri. My Vice President has instructed me and my colleagues to prepare for a presentation in September '09. She has requested an HR presentation from me. We are required to deliver the presentation in front of our Managing Director. Please guide me on how to create an HR presentation.
