R&R programs are run by organizations to recognize and motivate top performers. First, you should have well-defined performance metrics (production numbers, quality of work, attendance, helping others, etc.). Once you know your performance categories and have relevant data, you can identify top performers and reward them with certificates, prizes, etc., in company/department town halls.
