Seeking Hands-On Experience in Payroll and Statutory: Any External Agents Open to Mentoring?

Dear friends,

Among all the functions of HR, the only area where I need to work extra is payroll and statutory. Many companies are outsourcing payroll and statutory nowadays to external agents (consultancies). I have a Sunday off and am very much ready to join an external agent where I can go and learn payroll and statutory on a regular basis. I do not want to join any training institute. Looking ahead for a positive reply from any such external agents.

In spite of the distance between our locations, I am so glad to see a helping hand from you. I wish you were located in Bangalore. I have an idea on payroll and statutory requirements, possess sound knowledge of all the acts, and am familiar with all the challans. It's just that I want to practice it. If you were in Bangalore, I would have come to your place every Sunday to practice payroll.

I would also be interested as nowadays payroll has become a very important part of HR in all organizations. I would love to learn more about payroll. Thanks in advance for any help.
