Shop Act Registration - Required ????

Dear Sir,
Our's is manufactuting company at Maharashtra - Pune- MIDC area it is covered under Facroties Act our manpower strength is
1) Permanent Worker - 50
2) Staff + Managers - 45 ( Including IT,Account & Finance, Store, Excise, HR,Audit )
3) Temporary workers - 70 ( On contracor's payroll )
According to me as the support staff ( IT,Account & Finance, Store, Excise, HR,Audit ) is not covered under Factories Act " Shop Act Registration required"
Please guide me..........!!!

IF your departments are all situated in the same premises as the factory then there is no need to register separately under Shops Act. Please remember that each registration is geographic location specific and not to be considered department wise. Usually we declare the total number of people employed in the factory premises under the factories Act while obtaining the licence. So there arises no way that one could leave a particular section /department staff.

Is career consultancy need shop act registration. I don't have any clue regarding the same. Kindly revert me with detail info regarding the same. What will be the scope of career consultancy. How I can manage to deliver my knoweledge regarding career options to needy peoples.
