Seeking Fun and Engaging Ice Breakers for Training on Role Conflict – Any Ideas?

Dear All,

I am doing my MMS and have to train 16 colleagues on "Role Conflict". As this is a training which will go on for an hour or so, can someone please assist me with some nice and innovative Ice Breakers on "role conflict" or "conflict in the organization"? I have good games and ice breakers on motivation and team-building but couldn't really find any training games on "Role conflict". I don't want to bore anyone in this training; I really want to make it interesting and innovative with different games and keep them engaged.

Also, if there are any videos on "Role conflict" and "Organizational Conflict," please share.

You have always been a great help. I went through the site and found icebreakers on stress management stress the result of conflict. I was more emphasizing on how the conflict is generated, but hard luck couldn't find any. Thanks for your help. Also, if you find anything on conflict generation (games), please let me know.
