What is the Time duration between which the Dearness Allowance is revised? Please provide information for all sectors of employees who work in automobile industry.
DA (Special Allowance under Minimum Wages Act is revised once in every six months. It is applicable from 1st January to 30th June & 1st July to 31st Dec.

The D.A. circular is published by the Govt. and is available with the local labour officer/Asst. Labour Commissioner office. It is based on the consumer price index.
