Guidelines for Claiming PF Amount in Case of Members Death

sharmaharshal
Dear All,

In case of the death of a PF member, the attached forms need to be submitted to the RPFC for claiming the PF amount by his/her nominee, along with a copy of the death certificate.

Hope this will be helpful for members.

Thank you for your message! If an employee dies unmarried, is he required to fill out Form 10D? Also, if his nominees are all the family members left, is it mandatory to provide details of all the family members? Please clarify.

PF Pension Application Process for Nominees

Marital status does not matter; every nominee should apply for the PF pension through Form 10D when the member dies. If the person is retired, they should apply through Form 10C.
