- Ensure positions are closed within the specified timeline (<30 days or more).
- Conduct reference checks.
- Verify completion of pre-employment medical checks.
- Confirm all necessary documents are collected.
- Check if PF, gratuity, superannuation, etc., forms are filled at the time of joining.
You can create similar checklists for other functions such as training, induction, manpower, appraisal, etc.
