We are hearing the term "Innovation" everywhere now, in every sector. Human Resources, which is the most vital and important part of every organization, is usually not taken very seriously. Generally, innovation is associated with product innovations or marketing/sales innovations. In these endeavors, HR is left behind; however, it is just a shortage of our perspective that innovation in HR is not possible. It is only a lack of effort and endeavor.

You are right. HR can also generate innovations, such as introducing/implementing new programs, improving processes, developing systems, and other initiatives that would help elevate the organization's human capital standards.
