Dissertation Help!!!!!!!!!!111

i am an MBA student. so now i have to work on my dissertation. please somebody tell me what is the difference between research paper and dissertation and if anyone has any sample report of dissetation , please send me for my reference.
also please suggest few topic related to emerging trend in hr which i could choose for my dissettation.

About helping others with project or dissertation guidance...is it fair to help or let others suffer ??

It all depends upon what help one is offering. If we are spoon-feeding students either for free or, worse still, for a price, then it is unfair. I take this opportunity to suggest that we always should give a short scenario to our questions; this will help to give more precise answers.
