Interpersonal Skills Workshop

Hi
I am planning to develop a module on Interpersonal skills - focussing on interpersonal communication/ handling co-workers/ conflict management/ resolution.
Can anybody suggest some material for reference?
Any videos/ movie that could be used to draw learnings?
Any questionnaires that could be used to identify current levels of interpersonal skills?
Any help would be great !

You can refer "You can Win" by Shiv Khera. The another book you can refer is "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey (for habit number 4, 5 and 6 only).
By the way, I have conducted this workshop 'n' number of times in the last 5 years. The material is absolutely rich. Do you want me to conduct the workshop?
