Seeking Advice on Certifying Contract Labour Processes with Six Sigma – Any Recommendations?

Dear All,

I am handling the Contract Labour Section where we issue gate passes, monitor ESIC and PF payments to contract labour, as well as ensure legal compliance under various acts like CLRM, EPF/ESIC, and other labor acts. I want to get the internal processes in our department certified through Six Sigma or any other similar concept. Please let me know if there is any third party that certifies using concepts like Six Sigma and how to approach it.

Six Sigma approaches can be implemented in any process, but it is very costly if you go for certification. The processes you want to certify can be certified for ISO 9001, which is a third-party certification. The cost of this certification is also reasonable as it is very popular among industries.
