Certification - Contract Labour

Dear All
I am handling Contract Labour Section where we issue gate pass, monitor ESIC and PF payment to contract labour as well as legal complince under various acts like CLRM, EPF /ESIC and other labour acts. I want to get certfied the internal processes in our department through six sigma or any other such concpet. So please let me know whether there is any third party which certifies using any concpet like six sigma. How to approach for it

Dear Ravi,
Six sigma approaches can be implemented in any process but it is very high cost to you if go for certification. The processes which you wanted to certify can be certified for ISO 9001 which is third party certification. Cost of this is also normal as it is very popular among the industries.
