I am working in an organization with 70 employees. In our company, we recruit employees at all levels as Apprentices, and there is a probationary period of 3 months. None of them receive an offer or appointment order from the company. It is just for formality that there is an Order of Appointment which is filed in individual employee files. The Order of Appointment mentions, "You will join us as a Trainee...".
Secondly, there is no salary breakdown or any company rules mentioned in the Order of Appointment.
Please help me with a sample of an "Appointment Letter" or "Offer Letter" that will suit our small company. Our company is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
