Hello friends!
M working in an organization of 70 employees. In our company we recruit employees in all levels as Apprentice and there will be probationary period of 3 months. N none of them gets an offer or appointment order from the company. N just for formality there is an Order of Appointment which is just filed in individual employee files. In Order of Appointment it is mentioned that " You will join us as a Trainee.......".
secondly there is no salary break up nor any company rules mentioned in order of appointment.
Please help me with a sample of "Appointment Letter" of "Offer Letter" that will suit our small company. Ours is ISO 9001:2008 company.
