Preparing an assignment on "Organisational Behaviour" as part of my MBA program

Currently, I am preparing an assignment on "Organisational Behaviour" as part of my MBA program.
I can chose two topics from this subject and I did so:
1. Motivation
2. Communication
As my expirience in a big company with a lot of staff is very little would someone of you be so kind and send me any case study of your own expirience and I will try to write a solution on it.
