I am currently working in a BPO as a team leader. I have received an offer letter to work for another company. According to the appointment letter in my current organization, I am required to provide a 30-day notice period before resigning. The offer letter specifies that I should join by the 19th of August, which gives me only a 15-day notice period. How can I communicate to the new HR that I need more time to comply with the legal formalities? Please help.
