Curious About HR Policies in Oman? Let's Explore What's Currently in Practice

I have been doing some research and wish to understand the various HR policies available and currently in practice in companies that are operating in Oman.

All policies are more or less the same, except that you have to modify them according to the labor laws of the respective countries. After that, discuss the modifications with the management and frame them accordingly, ensuring that they are generally accepted by the employees.
