On this forum, I have come across various PowerPoint presentations on attitude, and there are some who believe that attitude is everything. From my twenty years of management experience, I am of the view that just as revenue generation is more important than cost-cutting, aptitude and talent actually make you excel, whereas a good attitude prevents you from going downhill, especially in the era of Talent Management.
