The category of encashment is not based on the nature of ownership but the nature of Organisation like whether it is a Shop, Commercial Establishment, Factory, Mine, Construction Site, Airlines, Ship, Plantation, Agricultural Land OR Nature of Employees: Workers/Management staff OR Strength of an Organisation: Total manpower Strength. So, please give details.
