Hello Rajani
First, read about HR practices in books or, preferably, journals articles. Also, search CiteHr for previous postings.
Answer the question why you are doing the project? Is it for a degree, if so at what level: BBM, MBA, etc.
Also, see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects; and also posts by Ash Mathew, Leo Lingham, Ankit Chaturvedi, etc., at Cite HR.
Also, discuss the issue with your academic guide, if you are a student.
