Seeking Help: How to Create an Effective Soft Skills Training Manual and Calendar?

Dear all,

Since our organization is planning to start regular training sessions to empower the employees and a separate hall for the same, we are in need of a training manual and topics for the soft skills program. I would be grateful if anybody could provide us with a model of a training manual and a calendar.
