Sorry if I'm not detailed. For example, when it comes to employee work hours, how can we determine the number of employees needed for a project? How do we decide when we need to hire new employees? Also, could you provide a sample of a histogram?

Before that, I believe the number of employees required is based on the project schedule planning that was made. Is that correct?
