In our company C.off availed by employees if he has give memo duly signed by his departmental head, in which his prior duty date and reason mentiond .

Our company will use com off cards which mentioned emp name,code,disg,date of worked, date of leave requested, reson, sign of team head, hod,& hr.
on the top of the card mentioned the rules & regulations of the company.

I am working in a private organization, Present my salary was Rs.10500/- CTC, but in every month Company deduct PF both employee and employers contribution. but i need to withdraw of the pf amount what are procedures for withdraw of my P.F.amount, any forms are available for that.

You will be able to withdraw PF only when you leave the company. But you can always take loan from your PF Acct.
