How Can We Make Work More Fun? Looking for Game Ideas and Suggestions from HR Pros

Can the HR fraternity help me by giving their valuable inputs on fun at work? Any games, etc. will be more useful.

Let me tell you what I do.

We have two whiteboards, one in the main hall and another in the conference room. Every morning, I write something on the main board such as:

1. Tongue twisters
2. Amazing facts
3. Puzzles
4. Thought of the day
5. Birthday wishes with chocolates under the board. After taking the chocolate, they have to sign and wish their friend.
6. Every month, the names of the Best Employee and Peer Recognition nominees will be displayed there.
7. Condolences - If an employee or any family member of the employee passes away.
8. Blood donation request.
9. Donation for orphanage - requesting either money or clothes.
10. Employee ideas - In what way should we celebrate New Year, Friendship Day, Independence Day, and festivals?
11. Film/Tour - Polls will be conducted here.
12. Paintings/Poetry from employees - I will ask them to do it on the board.
13. Articles - Interesting ones.
14. Home remedy health tips depending on the season.
15. Employee suggestions - What else can we do here - something different.

Yeah, sab na sirf vaha hote hain jaha zyada kaam ke saath saath zyada relationship expectations hote hain.

Hmm, if HR takes any new initiative, then I have to take responsibility to get the same activity completed at my location, as they think that girls can do it better and my work gets hampered due to this.
