Designing a Comprehensive One-Hour Test for Candidates: Seeking Your Input and Resources

Hi everybody, I need some assistance from you all.

We are a recruiting consultancy. I am trying to design a first-round written test for the candidates coming for an interview. I want a comprehensive test that would take one hour and should contain the following:

1) Aptitude testing section.
2) English language proficiency, which would entail an understanding of the language.
3) Logical reasoning.
