Guide to Implementing HR Policies in a New Factory Environment

Hi all seniors,

I want to know that my company (Factory) is two years old, but till now no HR policies have been implemented. I have recently completed my MBA in HR and am the sole HR person in the factory. There is no one here to guide me on how to frame and implement proper HR policies. Can you all please help me?
