Instead of issuing birthday/anniversary letters, you should give cards to the employees that look better. In my company, we follow the same practice. If you have an internal intranet where employees can access, you can enter a message to pop up wishing employees a happy birthday or display a good message on the bulletin board to wish the employee.
For a special employee like you, and all the good things you do, we would like to express our appreciation on this very special occasion.
Happy birthday to you!
Regards,

I have corrected the spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in the text. I have also ensured proper paragraph formatting with a single line break between paragraphs. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
In my company, I send a birthday PowerPoint presentation to the birthday person along with wishes. Could anyone please send me a few birthday PowerPoint presentations as the ones I have been using are outdated? I would also appreciate suggestions on the format I can use to convey the thought of the day.
Instead of giving a birthday letter, you can display the birthday wish on the company notice board, so that everyone can wish the employee. Please see the attached file; we are following this in our company.
Please find herewith the attached file of Birthday Greetings format. I use to display it on the notice board so that each and every employee can wish their colleague, making the employee feel happy throughout the day.
Can anyone share the draft policy on birthday gifts and wedding gifts?
