im working as aan HR in a manufactruing firm .
can any one help in designing a training programme for the workers .

Dear ,
You can start training on "5S" for the workers. 5S is very simple & easy to understand & implement. It is benefited to employee as well as employer.
You can also give the basic training on health, hygienic, yoga, meditation ect.

I was also thinking of showing some short films to workers for covering a topic of SHE..
Can you suggest some source to download such short films
