Pf For Sub Contractor Rules

Dear All,
Please provide me the process of non payment of Pf as sub contractor and under what rule.we are sub contractor under one of the project, hence they are deducting our monthly pf,but we are not eligible under some act, hence we do not want the pf to be deducted for that I need the rules and regulation and the process.

All the employees whether engaged directly or through any contractor are covered under EPF Act. As per Section 8A the principal employer has the right to make the deductions of the pf contributions from the bill of the subcontractor as it is ultimately his responsibility to ensure the compliance of the act.

Dear All
I am working in an edible oil company in HR.I am asked to do performance Appraisal of Commercial Staff including - Accounts Officer,Export Executive,C.A.,Account Assistant, and Legal Officer.
I have done the Jod Description and Job Analysis of Accounts Officer and accounts assistant.Wasnt able do the same for others as they have joined us resently.
